| No nonsense.: Rating: 5/5 |
| A most satisfactory purchase. My first ever webcam but a good choice. Far superior to those used by my other contacts - my picture is much better. Its very sharp and works well in less than good lighting. |
| An amazing piece of hardware: Rating: 5/5 |
It took me ages to decided what Webcam I was going to buy, at the time the Logitech 9000 was brand new and more expensive than the Microsoft HD one, anyway. I finally settled on the Logitech as it was supported by Skype and I was really buying it to talk to Friends in Germany and France. The Microsoft from other reviews has been plagued with problems, hence buying the Pro 9000, and its a decision I certainly don't regret. It's an amazing webcam and would really recommend it to everyone, the video is fantastic, and and the recording/skype ability, it comes with a built in microphone and it is really really really good! It can hear me by the door of my room speaking quietly its honestly a really good Webcam.
I hope this helps |
| Simple to use, Great Video. Audio can be unreliable though.: Rating: 4/5 |
I work away from home a lot so vidchat is a big part of keeping in touch.
This unit from Logitech was very simple to install and setup and image quality is smooth with good detail and backlight compensation. Works well in low light situations too. have had some issues with audio not working properly, unsure as to whether this is a connection issue or the cam itself.

| Quickcam Pro 9000: Rating: 4/5 |
Far improved picture over the 1.3mp camera I had. Plus, a reasonable microphone at last.
Not necessary to install all the 'junk' that Logitech supply, as works out of the box on Vista and 7 with Skype. |
| Great webcam for Skype: Rating: 5/5 |
We bought this for our relatives overseas as the one they were using was cheap and rubbish.
The difference after installing it was amazing. Now we are thinking of buying one for ourselves.
Great video. Microphone not outstanding, though, but not bad.
