Yes, it's a neoprene sleeve for your notebook, so yes, it protects your gear from dust I guess, and from scratches, so you can stuff it in your bag, suitcase, airline seatpocket, or put it on a starbucks table that hasn't been cleaned and is covered in remains of a mocca-lowfat-soy-latte-halfcream-doubleshot-crappucino. It does all that, and not much else.

Does the job 100% brilliantly. I carry my NC10 in one of these. I no longer need a laptop bag, I actually use a ex Check army bandage bag! The Cool Bananas sleeve offers maximum protection and minimum size.

I wanted a tougher case to hold my NC10 since I carry it everywhere with me. I didn't want anything too bulky and I normally carry it in a backpack so didn't need anything _too_ tough.
This fit the bill nicely. Certainly adds a fair bit of protection and looks pretty good. I like the way the zip comes right around (as opposed to being more sleeve-like) so it is quick and easy to put on/take off. | |
